RESULTS DAY!!

You've been in school for the whole of your teenage life and from primary school, you have been put into sets. Maybe set 1-3? (its been a while) The guys in set 1 are typically the people said to be the most intelligent and the other kids bellow that all strive to be get to the top too, its in a slight structural format but that is a different story completely. From primary school, you needed to do well in your SATS if you were supposedly to do well in secondary school. and when you got to secondary you needed to do well in your GCSE's in order to do well in your life. I guess if you do well in those exams you're in a very very good position in life BUT that isn't the whole of the picture.

I'm very much aware people have got their A-Levels, some did great and well done to you; that is evident to your hard work you've put in. Others of you haven't done the best you wanted. That does mean you're not intelligent? Does that make you less competent? Honestly I'm not sure but what i can say is that whatever you got, use it as a life lesson and do not repeat the same mistakes. As a person who is yet to experience the realm of full time work I can only take the advice of those who are. It is evident, that qualifications most definitely matter and they set you a better chance. However, despite all of these factors its very important for an employer to see an employee's work ethic and attitude towards work in general. I don't want to go more in depth with what characteristics an employer wants but what i am trying to say is, your grades aren't the only thing you'll need to do well in your life.

I'm going to end this by telling those reading this that success is in your mindset. If you tell yourself you aren't good enough you never will be.

p.s good luck next results day!
